The employees of the city are hereby authorized to place signs within the city limits which state, “Excessive Engine Braking Noise Prohibited.” These signs may be placed in all locations necessary to provide proper notice that it is a violation of this subchapter to operate any engine braking system that emits excessive noise in the city.
