§ 70.01 ADOPTION OF ILLINOIS VEHICLE CODE.

There is hereby adopted by the City Council The Illinois Vehicle Code as heretofore or hereafter amended as an ordinance regulating traffic and vehicles in the city, which code is incorporated by reference herein, the same as if it was set out at length and the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the city.
