§ 55.183 CHARGE INCLUDED ON MONTHLY UTILITY BILL.
   The charges stated in §§ 55.173 through 55.175, 55.181 and 55.182 shall be included with the utility bills commencing with the first utility bill sent out after June 1, 1972.
