§ 55.176 REVENUES.
   (A)   All revenues and moneys derived from the sewage and water systems shall be deposited in separate accounts by the City Clerk at the end of each day the moneys are collected. Funds in these accounts shall be administered by the city in every respect in the manner provided by statute of the state Municipal Code, ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5.
   (B)   Bills shall be rendered on the first day of each month.
