§ 55.053 SEWER CONNECTIONS OUTSIDE OF CITY LIMITS FOR INDUSTRIAL ACREAGE.
   No sewer connection shall be made to property owners outside the city limits, except that a special dispensation will be considered by the city in the case of industrial acreage owned by the city.
