(A) There shall be two classes of building sewer permits:
(1) Residential and commercial service; and
(2) Service establishments producing industrial wastes.
(B) (1) In either case, the owner, or his or her agent, shall make application on a special form furnished by the City Collector.
(2) The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the Superintendent.
(C) (1) A permit and inspection fee of $50 for a residential or commercial building sewer permit, and $50 for an industrial building sewer permit shall be paid to the City Collector at the time the application is filed, unless the City Council and the applicant have agreed to a specified amount.
(2) If applicant desires, he or she may make a down payment of $10 and four monthly payments of $10 each.
