§ 54.160 DECISION TO SUPPLY; CONTRACT.

(A) The City Council finds and declares the present water filtration plant of the city is capable of supplying water to satisfy the needs of both the city and the Village of Boyleston.

(B) Be it further ordained that the city enter into a contract with the Village of Boyleston. Copies of contract are kept on file in the City Clerk’s office.
