§ 54.146 AUTHORIZATION.
   The Mayor of the city is authorized and directed to execute an amended water purchase contract for and on behalf of the city and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to attest the same and affix the seal of the city thereto. A copy of the amended water purchase contract is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Exhibit A. Copies of the contract are kept on file in the City Clerk’s office.
