§ 54.130 DECISION TO SUPPLY; CONTRACT.
   (A)   The City Council finds and declares the present water filtration plant of the city is capable of supplying water to satisfy the needs of both the city and the Jasper Waterwork Corporation.
   (B)   Be it further ordained that the city enter into a contract with the Jasper Waterwork Corporation. Copies of the contract are kept on file in the City Clerk’s office.
