§ 54.080 WATER RATE CHARGED WHEN ONE WATER METER SERVES MORE THAN ONE HOUSE, APARTMENT OR LIVING QUARTERS.
   In all cases where there is only one water meter serving more than one house, apartment or living quarters occupied by or equipped for separate families, then the water rates charged for the water supplied through the meter shall be as follows:
   (A)   The minimum monthly charge shall be multiplied by the number of houses, apartments or living quarters for separate families served by the meter; and
   (B)   In computing the rates for water used monthly, each rate or bracket of charges shall be multiplied by the number of houses, apartments or living quarters for separate families before the next rate or bracket of charges shall go into effect.
