§ 54.064 PIPES NO LONGER IN USE.
   Whenever service pipes for water are permanently no longer in use, the property owner shall make a cut-off from the pipes at a point indicated by the Superintendent of Water and Sewer, and the cut-off shall meet all specifications required by the Superintendent of Water and Sewer.
