The applicant shall provide three sets of as-built plans and specifications to the city within 90 days following connection of the water main addition to the city water system. In the event that the as-built plans are not provided to the city within 90 days following connection of the water main addition to the city water system, the city may cause to be prepared as-built plans and specifications and the applicant shall pay for the expenses (at cost) thereof.
