Disinfection of the installation shall be in conformity with the final plans and specifications and shall include two sets of satisfactory bacterial analyses of samples collected not less than 24 hours apart and analyzed in a laboratory duly certified by the state. The location and number of samples shall be in accordance with IEPA or city requirements, whatever are more stringent.
