§ 54.030 PRELIMINARY APPROVAL.
   Preliminary approval of a proposed water main addition may be obtained from the Superintendent of Water and Sewer prior to the preparation of final plans and specifications. However, in the event that preliminary approval of a proposed water main addition is not obtained, an application for formal approval will not be prejudiced.
