(A) For electrical power received, the municipal electric utility shall pay a qualifying facility the following rates:
Summer rate (June 1 to September 30) | $0.02 per kwh |
Winter rate (October 1 to May 30) | $0.0175 per kwh |
(B) The foregoing rates are based upon the normal net cost of electric power to the municipal electric utility, and will be increased or decreased, based upon the increased or decreased cost to the municipal electric utility.
