7-3-3: PENALTY:

Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 167, 8-5-1993; amd. 2015 Code)
