A. Permission Required: No travel trailers, recreational vehicles or motor homes shall be parked on any public property without first obtaining the permission of the city.
B. Time Limit; Location: Individuals visiting residents of the city shall be allowed to park travel trailers, recreational vehicles or motor homes on residential streets for a period of fourteen (14) days; provided, that the vehicle is parked nearest the residence that is being visited and that the neighbor's access to their property is not blocked.
