7-2-3: DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS:
The use of a manufactured home as a permanent residential dwelling on a parcel of land shall be permitted in any zoning district which permits a single-family site built dwelling, provided the following standards are met:
   A.   Size: The manufactured home is multisectional with a minimum width of twenty feet (20') and a minimum enclosed floor space of not less than one thousand (1,000) square feet.
   B.   Foundation: The manufactured home is placed on a foundation per the Idaho manufactured homes standards.
   C.   Pitched Roof: Manufactured homes shall have pitched roofs with a minimum slope of a nominal three feet (3') in height for each twelve feet (12') in width.
   D.   Siding And Roofing Material: The manufactured home has exterior siding and roofing materials which in color, material, and appearance are generally similar to the exterior siding and roofing material commonly used on residential dwellings within the community, or which are comparable to the predominant materials used on surrounding dwellings.
