A. Permanent Foundation Required: All structures used as a permanent dwelling shall be permanently affixed to a permanent foundation and said foundation shall meet the building code requirements as set forth in the international residential code and/or the building code as adopted by the city. The requirement for permanent foundation dwelling structures shall not include recreational vehicles or manufactured homes that are located in a manufactured home park.
B. Other Structures: Other permanent structures with a minimum floor area of eight hundred (800) square feet will be required to be permanently affixed to a permanent foundation base and meet the requirements set forth in the city building codes.
