A. Issuance Of Ticket: Any motor vehicle, trailer or other vehicle found parked along a street or alley in violation of the parking restrictions imposed by this chapter may be issued a uniform traffic citation in the same manner as uniform traffic citations for other violations are issued within the city.
B. Fines: The fine for such violation shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00); provided, that any person who violates the parking restrictions imposed by this chapter a second time within a twelve (12) month period shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) or be imprisoned for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or be both so fined and imprisoned.
