6-3-4: ACCUMULATED SNOW AND ICE A NUISANCE:
It is unlawful and shall constitute a public nuisance for any person to permit or suffer the accumulation of ice and snow upon any sidewalk, sidewalk area, street, alley or public way in such manner as to impede normal vehicular or pedestrian traffic or emergency access. (Ord. 236, 1-15-2009)
