A. State Laws Adopted: The city council does hereby adopt by reference the following Idaho Code provisions as they now exist or as they may hereinafter be amended:
Idaho Code sections 49-101 through 49-127, which constitutes various definitions; Idaho Code sections 49-601 through 49-674, 49-701 through 49-724, 49-801 through 49-811, 49-902 through 49-967, 49-1221 through 49-1234, 49-1301 through 49-1315, 49-1401 through 49-1430, 49-1501 through 49-1506, 49-1801 through 49-1818, 49-2202. B. Violations: It shall be unlawful and shall constitute a misdemeanor or infraction, as the case may be, for any person to violate any of the provisions of the Idaho Code sections herein adopted by the city as a traffic and vehicle code for the city. (Ord. 153, 4-4-1989)
C. Penalty Imposed: For any of the Idaho Code sections indicated in subsection A of this section which are hereby adopted for which a penalty is not prescribed by the Idaho Code herein adopted, the penalty shall be as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 153, 4-4-1989; amd. 2015 Code)
