4-3-3: DISTURBING PUBLIC ASSEMBLAGES:

It shall be unlawful for any person to excite disturbance or contention at a public house, assemblage or any lawful meeting of citizens, or for any person to disturb a public assembly congregated for religious or other purpose within the limits of the city by undue noise or by any offensive, unbecoming or indecent behavior.
