It shall be unlawful for any person to be guilty of any noisy, riotous, or disorderly conduct; or in any way to commit a breach of the peace, or to do anything that shall be offensive or dangerous to the city inhabitants or officers; or to discharge within the city limits, unless in defense of person, life or property, any firearms.
