A. Enforcement: Pursuant to subsection 7-1-1A of this code, the international fire code shall be enforced by the department which is hereby established.
B. Penalty: Any person who violates any of the provisions of the international fire code as adopted and amended by the city or fails to comply therewith shall severally for each and every such violation and noncompliance, respectively, be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or by both. These punishments shall comply with Idaho Code section 18-113, as amended. (Ord. 242, 8-12-2010)
