4-2-5: SPECIAL POLICE:
During the performance of their duties in fighting fire, or in protecting property either during or after any fire, the members of said department shall be special police officers of the city and shall have all the powers and authority conferred by law on police officers. (Ord. 242, 8-12-2010)
