4-2-3: DUTIES OF OFFICERS AND MEMBERS:
It shall be the duty of all officers and members of the department to attend to the duties of their respective positions under the orders of the chief of the department or, in case of his absence or inability to serve, under the assistant chief of the department. (Ord. 242, 8-12-2010)
