A. Additional Provisions: This chapter shall not be deemed to be the exclusive method of abating public nuisances, but shall be supplemental to and be in addition to other ordinances and resolutions of the city council and statutes of the state.
B. Violation And Penalty:
1. Any person violating any regulation of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and subject to a fine of twenty five dollars ($25.00).
2. Any person violating any regulation of this chapter within one year of a conviction of any regulation of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and subject to a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00).
3. Any person violating any regulation of this chapter within one year of a second conviction of any regulation of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
4. Each and every day during which the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (2015 Code)
