Any owner, possessor or person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction or entry of a guilty plea, or found guilty of an infraction, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day is a separate violation. (Ord. 207, 6-10-2004; amd. 2015 Code)
