2-4-4: PROOF OF INSURANCE:
No application for an event license shall be issued unless there is proof by the organizers of the special event of an insurance policy naming the city as a coinsured. The amount of said insurance shall be set by the city council by resolution. (Ord. 207, 6-10-2004)
