2-4-3: LICENSE FEE:
   A.   The fee to organizers or persons staging a special event shall be determined by the city council by resolution.
   B.   Additionally, any organizer issuing permits to outdoor vendors, as provided in section 2-4-7 of this chapter, shall pay to the city a fee to be determined by the city council by resolution for each food vendor and nonfood vendor. (Ord. 207, 6-10-2004)
