2-3-2: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT:

Any person, firm or corporation wishing to sell, offer for sale or have on display for sale within the city any fireworks shall first make written application to the city showing the special occasion for the same, that is to say the Fourth Of July or some other special holiday occasion when such fireworks are generally sold. (Ord. 65, 7-1-1947; amd. 2015 Code)
