10-1-5: LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES:

This chapter shall apply to all SFHAs within the City of Fairfield. Nothing in this chapter is intended to allow uses or structures that are otherwise prohibited by the City's zoning regulations set forth in title 8 of this Code. (Ord. 269, 12-14-2016)
