A. Planning And Zoning Commission: The city council shall appoint a planning and zoning commission to carry out the provisions as herein specified. The commission shall receive and make recommendations on all subdivision applications or other issues related to city planning and zoning.
B. Council Action: In the event the commission fails to act or carry out its responsibilities according to the regulations contained herein, the city council shall assume all the duties of the commission as herein specified in relation to the application or issue concerned. (Ord. 165, 7-30-1992)
