A charter, hereinafter referred to as the charter, is hereby issued by the city of Fairfield and Camas County to the corporation. The charter grants to the corporation all powers authorized by the act. The charter is hereby approved pursuant to Idaho Code section 50-2703(1) of the act. The charter may be amended from time to time by the city council and mayor of the city of Fairfield and the Camas County commissioners acting jointly. The existence of the corporation commences at such time as the enactment of this chapter and a like ordinance being enacted by the county of Camas both become effective. (Ord. 134, 10-4-1983)
