A. Corporation Created: The city of Fairfield, jointly and in cooperation with the county of Camas, does hereby create a public corporation to carry out the purposes of Idaho Code title 50, chapter 27, hereinafter referred to as "the act". This chapter shall not be construed to limit or restrict the purposes of the act, but shall be liberally construed to effect such purposes.
B. Name: The name of the public corporation shall be Camas Economic Development Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the corporation. (Ord. 134, 10-4-1983)
