A. All fees charged by the city shall be adopted by resolution, rather than by ordinance.
B. A fee schedule shall be maintained at the office of the city clerk, and shall be made available for inspection by the public or for copying for a fee to be determined by resolution as set by the council.
C. In the event a fee is not provided by resolution, but is provided by ordinance, the ordinance fee will still be applicable. In the event the fee is set both by ordinance and resolution, the latest adopted fee shall apply. (Ord. 181, 8-7-1997)
