713.03 DENIAL OF PERMIT.

No permit to conduct or hold a dance shall be granted to any applicant thereof who is a person of bad moral character or who has been convicted within the prior six months of any offense under the laws of the State or the ordinances of the City, regulating public dances or prohibiting the sale, possession, dispensing or trafficking in intoxicating liquors or beverages or drugs. (Ord. 98-79. Passed 5-29-79.)
