1331.04 DECKS, PORCHES, PATIO COVERS, CARPORTS.

Accessory structures added to the principal building shall require a permit. The foundation for such structures shall be set at the same frost depth as the principal building foundation. Roof sheathing shall be one-half inch thick minimum and fifteen pound felt is required under shingles. (Ord. 46-13. Passed 5-28-13.)
