955.02 VIOLATION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS.

Any violation of the customer service standards adopted hereby shall be governed by the penalties provision of the current franchise agreements with TCI Cablevision of Ohio, Inc. and Coaxial Communications of Southern Ohio, Inc., respectively.
