(1) Ord. 302; authorized. An amendment to the contract between the town and Board of Administration of the state’s Employees’ Retirement System is authorized, a copy of the amendment, marked “Exhibit A,” being attached to the ordinance codified in this division (A)(1) and on file in the office of the Town Clerk, and by this reference is made a part of this section as though set out in full.
(2) Ord. 382; authorized. An amendment to the contract between the Town Council and the Board of Administration of the State Public Employees’ Retirement System is authorized, a copy of the amendment, marked “Exhibit A,” being attached to the ordinance codified in this division (A)(2) and on file in the office of the Town Clerk, and by this reference is made a part of this section as though set out in full.
(3) Execution. The Mayor of the town is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the amendments set out in division (A)(1) and (2) above for and on behalf of the town.
(B) Ord. 478.
(1) Authorized. An amendment to the contract between the Town Council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees’ Retirement System is authorized, a copy of the amendment, marked “Exhibit A,” being attached to the ordinance codified in this division (B)(1) and on file in the office of the Town Clerk, and by this reference is made a part of this section as though herein set out in full.
(2) Execution. The Town Manager is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the amendment for and on behalf of the town.
(C) Ord. 497.
(1) Authorized.
