§ 2.64.010 CONTRACT WITH STATE SYSTEM.
   (A)   A contract between the Town Council and the Board of Administration of the state’s Employees’ Retirement System is authorized.
   (B)   The Mayor is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract pursuant to division (A) above for and on behalf of the town.
