§ 2.60.080 CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN; HOLIDAY SCHEDULE.
   The Town Council, by resolution, shall establish a position classification and compensation plan for the officers and employees of the town, and shall provide for the observance of holidays by town offices and employees.
