§ 16.16.020 PREPARATION.
   The final map shall be prepared by or under the direction of a registered civil engineer, duly licensed to practice land surveying, or a licensed land surveyor; shall be based upon a field survey; and shall conform to the provisions of Cal. Gov’t Code § 66434.
