§ 12.16.090 FEES.
   (A)   Before accepting for filing any private road or street map, the Town Clerk shall charge and collect appropriate fees.
   (B)   For each and every private road map submitted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, a fee shall be paid to the Town Clerk in accordance with the schedule of fees fixed and adopted by the Town Council.
