§ 12.08.070 OWNER MAY PAVE CURBLINE.
   The owner of any property, constructing sidewalks thereon, may, at his or her option, make the sidewalks of a width which will reach from the property line of the owner to the curbline, but not less than a minimum of three feet in width.
