§ 12.08.010 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BUSINESS DISTRICT. Any block in any street in the town where a majority of the front footage of the property facing upon the side of the street upon which a sidewalk or portion thereof is to be constructed is used for business purposes.
