It is prohibited for any person upon a skateboard or similar device to go upon the public parking area known as the “Parkade,” including the Parkade Steps and the handicapped accessible walkway, or upon any sidewalk in the downtown area including Bolinas Road bounded by Park Road and Broadway, and including Broadway bounded by School Street and Pacheco, Center Boulevard from Pacheco westbound to Claus, and Center Boulevard from Pacheco to Pastori, and including Sir Francis Drake Boulevard from Pacheco westbound to Claus. It shall further be unlawful for any person upon a skateboard or similar device to go upon any roadway, sidewalk or public parking area, in such a manner as to create a hazard to persons or automobiles or to cause damage to property.
