§ 10.08.030 PROHIBITED IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
   It is unlawful for the owner or lessee of any land in the town which is located in a residential district under Title 17 of this code to use, operate or permit the use or operation of the land as a parking lot within the meaning of this chapter.
