§ 9.08.040 TOY WEAPONS; IMPROPER POSSESSION DEEMED NUISANCE; ABATEMENT.
   Any of the devices mentioned in §§ 9.08.020 and 9.08.030 which are used or possessed contrary to the provisions thereof constitute a nuisance and the Chief of Police may seize and take any such guns or devices and destroy them.
